GST Registration के लिए जरूरी डाक्यूमेंट्स की लिस्ट

GST में Registration Online होता हैं और इसके लिए सामान्यत: physical documents भेजने की आवश्यकता नहीं होती| सभी Original Documents की Scan Copy सीधे Online अपलोड की जाती हैं| GST रजिस्ट्रेशन के लिए मुख्य रूप से दो तरह के डाक्यूमेंट्स की जरूरत पड़ती हैं –

A. व्यवसाय के मालिक या मुख्य व्यक्तियों से जुड़े Documents – 

1. PAN Card, 
2. Photos, 
3. Aadhar Number etc.

B.  व्यावसाय से जुड़े डाक्यूमेंट्स – 

1. Business Address Proof (Ownership or Rent Agreement), 

2. Authorized Signatory, 

3. Bank Statement/ Passbook, 

4. MOA, 

5. AOA,

6.  Registration Certificate

एकल व्यवसाय के लिए डाक्यूमेंट्स Documents required for Sole proprietorship/Individual –

प्रॉपरायटरशिप या एकल व्यवसाय में GST Registration के लिए आपको निम्न डाक्यूमेंट्स की जरूरत होती हैं:-

1. PAN Card, Identity Proof, Address Proof (Aadhar card) and Photograph of Proprietor

2. Address Proof for Business Place:

Any Ownership Proof (electricity bill, landline bill, water Bill etc.) or

Rent agreement & NOC From Owner (in case premises are rented)

3. Scanned Copy of Cancelled Check or First Page of Bank Passbook

पार्टनरशिप फर्म के लिए डाक्यूमेंट्स Documents required for Normal Partnerships – 

– Partnership documents

1. PAN card of the Partnership 
2. Partnership Deed 
3. Copy of Bank Statement 
4. Declaration to comply with the provisions 
5. Letter for Appointment of Authorized Signatory

– Partner related documents 

PAN and ID proof of designated partners 

– Registered Office documents

1. Copy of electricity bill/landline bill, water Bill 
2. No objection certificate of the owner 
3. Rent agreement (in case premises are rented)

कंपनी के लिए डाक्यूमेंट्स: Documents required for Private Limited Company (Pvt Ltd)/Public Company (limited company)/One person company (OPC) – 

  – Company documents

1. PAN card of the company 
2. Registration Certificate of the company 
3. Memorandum of Association (MOA) /Articles of Association (AOA) 
4. Copy of Bank Statement 
5. Declaration to comply with the provisions 
6. Copy of Board resolution 
7. Letter for Appointment of Authorized Signatory

– Director related documents

PAN and ID proof of directors

– Registered Office documents

1. Copy of electricity bill/landline bill, water Bill 
2. No objection certificate of the owner

लिमिटेड लायबिलिटी पार्टनरशिप के डाक्यूमेंट्स: Documents required for Limited Liability Partnerships (LLP) – 

– LLP documents

1. PAN card of the LLP

3. LLP Partnership agreement 
4. Copy of Bank Statement of the LLP
